Welcome Two New Board Members to ACLT’s Team!

Please help us welcome two new amazing additions to ACLT’s Board of Directors, Shanna Zuspan, and Dan Perpich!

Shanna Zuspan is a Principal & Co-Owner of Agnew :: Beck Consulting, and a long-term partner to our organization. Shanna has been working with our team for the last five years to help us build our shared commercial kitchen facility with a sustainable operating plan ready to succeed. Shanna has become an indispensable part of our project team, and our kitchen project would not have been possible without her. We are thrilled to gain her expertise on our Board of Directors. Dan Perpich is the Aurora Project Director for JL Properties, and Co-Owner of Blue Umbrella, specializing in solving succession-planning issues for middle-market companies by bringing in long-term, patient capital with a focus on stability, capital allocation, and growth. ACLT has partnered with JL Properties many times over the years to invest in the Mountain View community, including supporting the activation of the Glenn Square Mall, and sponsoring the Mountain View Clean program to invest in a clean and safe business corridor in Mountain View. Dan brings a wealth of experience in real estate development and financial transactions, but even more important, he brings a deep desire to invest in our community, and has already hit the ground running with all he is investing in at ACLT.
