2024 Impact Report

Anchorage Community Land Trust (ACLT) has released its 2024 Impact Report, showcasing a year of neighborhood-focused economic development and support for local entrepreneurs.

The report highlights training, technical assistance and partnerships that helped small business owners navigate permitting, expand operations and build lasting stability. Key efforts included workshops on food wholesaling, commercial real estate and culturally responsive business planning.

The report also sets the stage for ACLT’s next phase as the organization enters a strategic planning period in 2025.
